DU offers substantial financial aid to students from a wide range of family income levels. Our goal is to ensure an accurate and timely offer with the maximum amount of financial aid possible to all who apply. We'll provide you with the resources and guidance you need to complete every step of the application process.

Determines your eligibility for need-based institutional financial aid.
DU will receive 2024-25 FAFSA data in late March/early April.
The U.S. Department of Education has launched the overhauled 2024-25 FAFSA. However, schools won't begin to receive FAFSA data until mid-March, which means we won't be able to tell you if we've received your FAFSA or if we need additional documentation until late March or early April. Applicants should still submit the FASFA and CSS Profile by the priority deadlines listed below to be considered for all types of financial aid available.
